Mike Little I installed the Fair Package Manager on this site last night. I’m pleased to say it worked flawlessly. A couple of standard plugins were updated from Fastly’s servers. And a paid plugin updated from its servers as normal. I’m looking forward to seeing what else comes from this interesting development.
In the meantime, my doctor wants me to take my blood pressure twice a day for a few days and report to them. So the timing is good. #mentalHealth
I am going to try to restart my regular meditation practice. I started using Headspace a few years ago. Around the end of 2023, I got into a fairly regular habit, building up multi-week streaks. That continued into early 2024. But petered out with some changes in my home life. I now want to get back into it, as I think it will help with my current mental health challenges.
